LIMARC MEMBERSHIP

VERY IMPORTANT! Please make sure to indicate your callsign no matter which method of payment you use.

If you are renewing your membership, there are several easy ways to do this. Please read the rest of this page for instructions. If there are changes to your current member information, please click HERE to update it.

Here’s where you can send your Membership Dues:

• Make your check or money order out to: “LIMARC, Inc.”. Enter your callsign in the Memo field.
• Then send it to this address: LIMARC Membership, P.O. Box 392, Levittown, NY 11756-0392.
• If you have a PayPal account, please click HERE for a few ways to pay. As an alternative, you can use your PayPal account directly. LIMARC’s PayPal email address is LIMARC@optonline.net. Enter your callsign in the Notes field.
• There are no additional PayPal fees added when using this method, but please consider adding $2 to cover our PayPal fees.
• If you are using Zelle, LIMARC’s Zelle email address is pvst@limarc.org and please add your callsign on the Memo line.
• If you are renewing, you DO NOT have to fill out an application again.

Dues:

$40 – Regular Member

$30 – Senior Citizen (65 +)

$15 each – Family Member

$20 each – Student (Full-time)

$20 – Associate Member *

 

• * Associate membership is for people who live outside the repeater coverage area and use the club repeaters infrequently.
• Your membership expires on December 31st of the year you pay your dues, regardless of when you joined.
• Please make sure you write on your check or money order, the words “Membership Dues” and add your callsign(s) and year. For example, “Membership Dues K2XYZ 2025” or “Membership Dues K2XYZ & K2XYL 2025” in the “For” or “Memo” line in the lower left corner, so that we may properly attach your membership to the roster as being a paid member of LIMARC.

It is requested that you please support YOUR club by sending in your dues before January 1st, or before the first LIMARC General meeting in January.

ATTENTION NEW MEMBERS!

• LIMARC prorates fees for new members that join after the first third of the year as follows:
• January 1st through April 30th – 100% of dues rate
• May 1st through August 31st – 66% of dues rate
• September 1st through December 31st – 33% of dues rate
• New members applying in the last third of the year are encouraged to sign up for the upcoming year as well.

• The membership application is a PDF that you can fill out on your computer and print, or print it out first and hand enter the requested information. Please send this application, when completed, to the same P.O. Box 392 shown above.
• If you have additional family members that you wish to have as members, please use a SEPARATE application for each additional member and send in the same envelope.
